I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, and I've spent over 15 years building a career in software product development, including significant time in project management and in developing the careers of the people on my teams. That combination gave me a solid vantage point to evaluate our company's operations by allowing me to sit close to the teams, run cross-functional initiatives end to end, and be responsible for the growth and performance of the people who deliver results.
JKCoop Holdings is the vehicle for the next chapter of that career: acquiring an established, profitable business and stepping in as a hands-on owner-operator, not a passive investor.
