1. Introduction & NDA
An initial conversation to understand the business, followed by a mutual NDA before any sensitive information is shared.
2. Evaluation
A focused review of financials, operations, and team, respectful of the seller's time and the confidentiality of the process.
3. Offer & Close
A straightforward offer and closing process, with financing readiness confirmed up front so brokers and sellers aren't waiting on a buyer to qualify.
Financing Readiness
As an independent sponsor, I approach acquisitions with financing readiness in mind from the start. I have already received a pre-approval letter from Pioneer Capital, and am happy to provide brokers or owners with copies of the letter to lend credibility to my ability to secure funding and close on a deal.
